Warranty and Disclaimer

All products originally designed/manufactured by Spear Diver are warranted to the original purchaser for three (3) years from the date of purchase, to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (e.g. gun warping, delamination, cracking, trigger breakage) under normal non-commercial use, excluding the normal degradation/wear of originally applied finishes and consumables (i.e. rubber bands, wishbones, shooting line, shafts, etc.).

Purchases made from an authorized retail establishment are warranted by the same policy, with proof of purchase from retailer.

Purchases made prior to January 1, 2007 are still warranted by the previous policy which is the same as above except for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

Warranty claims will be honored by repair or replacement of defective component(s) free of charge, excluding shipping costs incurred while enroute to Spear Diver. If defective component(s) is no longer offered in our product line, it will be replaced by an equivalent or better substitute .

Purchaser/user of our products hereby acknowledges the inherent danger in the sporting activity known as "spearfishing" (or similar underwater activites involving the impaling, spearing, stabbing, or shooting of fish while under breath hold or breathing apparatus). Purchaser/user acknowledges that accidental injuries while participating in spearfishing are always possible regardless of equipment, skill or experience level. Spear Diver is not responsible for accidental injuries or death as a result of unsafe/irresponsible acts performed by user and/or other participant while spearfishing or other activities involving the unintended use of our products. Purchaser/user agrees to NEVER load a speargun out of the water and always unload a speargun before exiting the water. Purchaser/user agrees to NEVER point a loaded speargun at another person! Purchaser/user acknowledges that safety, awareness, common sense, and knowing your personal limits is essential to the enjoyment and longevity of the sport for all.
