The Tracker II SoCal Edition is a widened version of the standard Tracker II.  This effectively adds the required mass to shoot 5/16 shafts, while maintaining the same low side profile that allows it to track through the water with ease.   This design is perfect for Southern California close-range kelp hunting for larger species such as white seabass.  And thus its namesake, the "SoCal Tracker".   See the differences between the Standard and SoCal Edition in the pictures below.
